Enlighten Coaching

Let me start by telling what I am not.  I am not a Counsellor or a Therapist.  I wont be looking into your past, or asking questions about your childhood or your relationship with our Mother!  The starting point for a Life Coach is now, this moment in time. A Life Coach is a bit like having a best friend - someone to bounce ideas off of but the key thing is I am not emotionally attached to you so I can be objective, keep you focused and on track.  My job is to give you the tools, strategies and techniques to achieve a balanced and fulfilling lifestyle. Topics include better work life balance, relationships, career issues, motivation or whatever it is that has you 'stuck'.
