Driving instructor, UNPROFESSIONAL

1
Really disappointed with the driving instructor I had, she told me that if I was to cancel a lesson I would be charged. She had then cancelled twice on me (one of which was 10 minutes before she was supposed to be coming to pick me up)
The other problem I had was really unprofessional, parked in Tesco car park and she gave me a theory book to read whilst she went into Tesco and gave me no explanation as to where she was going or anything. Disappointing and sad to think there wasn’t a lot of money and time wasted which could’ve been used efficiently.
