electrical condition of the hall
3Thank you very much for your comments. As part of our environmental health and community responsibilities and as a condition of our premises licence, we have a noise limiter fitted, which is set at a fairly high 90 decibels. If a problem occurs it is quickly resolved by lowering the volume a little and the system will then automatically re-set after 30 seconds. We must not have the back doors open when music is played, for the same reasons, and devices are fitted to prevent this, whilst keeping all doors unlocked.
