Left us with SEWAGE in our bathroom for a day. It's still there and the bureaucracy is so bad that you can't contact anyone who knows anything.

I would give a 0 if I could. They manage two flats that I own at Glenalmond Avenue. Ridiculously high management fee yet they do nothing and never reply to emails. My tenants and myself used to go into their office on Hills Road in person trying to find solutions. It's their existence which made Glenalmond Avenue so hard to sell.

Awful management since I have moved to my property under encore-state management.
More than 3 months still waiting for a garage door to be repaired while many unknow vehicles commuting to our private parking in the building and we cannot do anything..
