New 3 phase motor fitted on my shutter as mine was manually operated, great to just press the button now. Great job, minimum fuss, good price. will definitley use again

We have been dealing with Empire Doors now for 2 years and have ordered several roller shutters and multiple personnel doors from them.
Compared to our previous suppliers, the products they use are of a much higher standard, so no complaints there.
Empire's response time for surveys is generally very good, and in the event of repair or maintenance call outs they also react quickly and efficiently (sometimes the same day if they are already working nearby).
They cover a wide geographical area which suits our needs as a business, plus the staff are all friendly and easy to deal with and their prices are generally competitive with similar quality products. There may be cheaper alternatives sometimes but you get what you pay for!
Overall, we are very happy with their service and product range.
