Went in and saw the team at Emmetts as I had a emergency with my car. It was Wednesday afternoon and needed the car Thursday afternoon for a road trip. Andy took me out immediately for a road test and within a few hundred yards new what was wrong with my car.
Once back at the garage I explained my dilemma and Andy moved jobs around to get my car fixed ready for the following day.
Returned to collect my car at the agreed time and all works had been carried out to a very high standard and no hidden extras.
Can't thank Andy and his team for the excellent service and would highly recommend Emmetts Garage to anyone looking for assistance. Very friendly, helpful and a breath of fresh air.

Had a ford focus focus with a bad vibration went to emmetts who do the mots and any other repairs that is needed. They looked at my car told me what they thought the fault was said they were 99% sure it was the dual mass flywheel had broken took it to ford in irthlingborough for a confirmation as advised by emmetts as this was an expensive repair bad mistake going ford told me the car was fixable but wud cost in excess £2k + vat!! Went back to emmetts they gave me a price of £830 including vat and labour and parts way cheeper than any other garage!! Emmetts carried out the repair to an extremly high standard i was not over charged for anything the service is 100% helpful and 100% honest this is a garage with people who are there to help NOT to rip u off would recommend anyone to this garage no hesitation!!! 100% best garage arround!!!! By the way the car runs the best it ever has done since i bought it 4yrs ago BIG THANX EMMETTS!!!

I can only recommend, I purchased a used car in September. I was given sensible advice, didn't feel pressured at all and the whole transaction was very easy. My wife has taken her car in with a problem since, fixed within 30 minutes for the price of a box of chocolates! Really down to earth and friendly garage.
