they turned up 3 days late work was done they want slabs laying they didn't cement surveyor from checkatrade deemed work substandard broke existing slab left electrical cable uncovered

Lovely bunch of lads, They succeeded what I thought was the impossible with access of digger and timing.
A bit messy but all mess cleared up. My every request was met and very pleased with the final result

Emma and her team arrived on time stated and did exactly what we requested Also thought it was a fair price would certainly use them again

Job was booked in early Feb to start April, 1st day they didn’t turn up, second day they turned up 10.30am did a few hours work then left without notice they were going, it was on the third day when the job started to progress slowly, Emma was busy doing quotes so we only saw the two guys that worked for her and her husband when he was free.
The job was to take 5 days starting the 25th April but only part of it was finished by the 3rd May, extra’s were added onto the job as she said she had not quoted, although i thought she had, but i just paid it.
My problem is the slabs that they laid and put joint tec between them is a mess, the slabs have all moved and the joint tec is being pushed out.
We hadn’t touched it for 3 days because she said not to walk on it then after the third day to sweep excess off, this was when we realised how bad the problem was.
Messaged & phoned on numerous occasions & she has promised to come & look at it but has yet to turn up.
