Great experience and am renting with them again!

I rented with Emma's for over 5yrs, and the fact when i moved to my new rental i stuck with them says it all. They are great. I found them a pleasure to deal with, and while i never really had many issues throughout my tenancy, they were always responsive and helpful whenever i did need. They were particularly helpful when i was moving out of my flat and were incredibly flexible, helpful and understanding of shifting check-out dates etc. They have always been fair on rental price (they retracted a rental increase during COVID) and very very fair on deposits and general tenant costs. From my experience I highly recommend them and look forward to continuing to rent with them!

Always polite, responsive and helpful - particularly impressive against a difficult Covid backdrop. Straightforward move-in and move-out processes, made life very easy.

Well, after renting for a whole year with them, I do not want to mention all the issues we had with this agency: I will simply say that this was the worst experience we had with a letting agency. In fact, one of the reasons we decided to move out was because of them. Would not recommend this Emma agency to anyone.

I've been letting for a few years now and They are the best agency I've dealt with so far. At the beginning I thought it was too good to be true, but it's true!
They always reply very quick and try to fix or deal with any issues.
