Emma's Country Choice Florists

I collected one of Emma’s Choice, hand tied bouquets today after ordering them online last night. They were an engagement gift for my son and his fiancée so I opted for the £40 bouquet rather that the cheaper £32 one. I was thoroughly disappointed and underwhelmed with the flowers we received. I understand it does depend on the flowers in stock and season but these were very cheap looking flowers. I’m sad to have to write this review but I’m very unhappy.

My dad had ordered a dozen red roses for my mum for their 40th wedding anniversary. He has done this every year since being married but this year was more poignant as he is terminally ill, so it will be their last anniversary together. However the morning of his anniversary the florist he had ordered them from originally did not have red roses. What can I say about Emma's country florist.Since my first panicked phone call of the morning of my parents anniversary, they went above and beyond to deliver the most spectacular arrangement of red roses.By far the best my mum has ever received. Jenny the florist who took my phone call was professional and sympathetic and went far beyond her job description to carry out this delivery for my dad.I might also add they're not local to us by far, all our local florists couldn't help. You are truly professional and your bouquet is beyond beautiful. We will forever be thankful to you all. Will be recommending you to everyone. Thankyou again, Maria
