Don't use this disorganized woman very unreliable

This woman was supposed to come to clean for me not only did she not turn up there was no phone call, she had her phone on answerphone
I left her a message she still did not call me
Disgusting unreliable service kids were screaming in the background when I first called her and she seemed very disorganized
