Hello - my name is Emma. I'm a fully qualified counsellor registered with the National Counselling Society (NCS) based in Fleet. I work online, via telephone and face-to-face.

If you find you're not happy with life, if you feel overwhelmed and find you’re struggling with loss, anxiety, bereavement, cancer, work-related depression, personal development, life changes, menopause, women’s issues, relationships, stress, self-harm. You are not alone – I'm here. Many counsellors listen but I really hear what you say and what you don’t. I get a sense of who you are. Together, in a safe environment, at your pace, we can look at your emotional well-being, needs and choices.

I offer a warm, confidential, compassionate and collaborative environment tailored to suit your wants and goals. Caring for your vulnerabilities and valuing your self-care, helping you build a loving, trusting relationship with yourself whist remaining objective, thereby being ideally positioned to enable you to view your life more clearly.

I bring a wealth of experience both with adults and young people working individually and in groups. As an integrative counsellor. accredited with the NCA, I tailor sessions to meet your individual needs. Working humanistically I recognise you to be the expert on yourself supporting and facilitating as together we investigate the choice and changes available to you to improve your well-being.
