Worst garage ever

Absolutely worst garage I have ever used. Customer service is non existent.
Booked my car in for an MOT, @10am dropped my car off at 6am on my way to work and went to collect it at 12 when I finished as arranged, when I got there I was told it hadn’t been done as they couldn’t find it in the diary but there it was clearly written, when I pointed it out I was then shouted at and told I could take my car away, or wait until 2pm for it to be ready. The MOT was due in a couple of days so felt I had to leave it, my second car was already booked in for next week but have cancelled that one.

This garage and the service i recieved there was second to none i dropped off my pride and joy my car the yong man there took me back to where i lived and later on in the day came back to where i lived with my car I am 72 years old and never ever in my 50 plus years of driving have i recieved such a personal service like this, And my car well it drives like its did when it was new thank you so much Ben and Cameron FIVE STARS ALL DAY LONG one satisvied customer Terry.

Poor service

Very poor garage they over charge for their work and after waiting three months for our car to be repaired it was returned to us with the electricals not working no dash lights no clocks air bag faults electric windows not working properly .
After speaking to the owner he denied all knowledge after I put it to him that the car electrics were perfect before he had tje car he said " prove it " avoid this place if you want your car repaired properly.

The bill was three time the amount quoted!

Emlyn Garage, Newcastle Emlyn, Carmarthenshire gave a quote to do some work on one of our vehicles, for this work we supplied all of the parts. When the work was complete, the bill was three times what was quoted.

When trying to have a reasonable discussion with one of the family members that runs the business, asking for an explanation for the three times cost, and why they hadn't phoned me to tell me the job was more difficult than they had realised, I was told, "it is what it is" and that he didn't have time for disgruntled customers today.

This is such a shame for a small local business, who must rely on local goodwill and repeat business, to treat their customers in this way.
