5Missing CPCS Card! Not Emerson’s Problem!
1Emerson request CITB to send all CPCS cards to themselves for distribution, but they take no responsibility for your CPCS card. I called Emerson to ask why I had not received my card, they told me that it had already been sent out by themselves, and it was no longer their problem. When I asked them to send out a replacement, I was told “that is not our company policy” I of course told them that this was pretty poor customer service and their reply was that that was my opinion. I or the company I work for will not be doing business with Emerson training again.
