I was messaged shortly before my appointment to confirm I was still happy with the time and the electrician was really understanding when I asked to push back the appointment by 15 minutes.
Apart from fixing my existing issue, I was also informed that there is some additional wiring, possibly for the ability to connect a bathroom fan.

Once the job was finished I was able to pay quickly and securely via my phone.

Late on Friday evening we suddenly lost all power to our lights and sockets and there was a strange smell in the hallway so we needed an electrician asap. Dave arrived in just over an hour and quickly discovered that the big main fuse box switch had burnt out, he said due to a loose connection. Thankfully Dave had some spares on his van and replaced the old one with a brand new part and did some testing and looked at the earthing cables. The call out fee was less than we anticipated (we phoned two other electricians and they were more expensive). All in all very happy with the service and would use again.

We would highly recommend John. He did a great job and removed two old light fittings and unearthed cables and installed a single high light output LED fitting and supply/switch cables to the loft. The level of service we received was first class. Very friendly and did not rush the job. Very satisfied - thank you.

I phoned late last night after noticing some of my plugs weren't working and my freezer had turned off. The electrician came round quickly and sorted the tripping fuse for me. Power now resumed really happy overall, number saved for next time!
