The first visit was carried out by Marc with no high pressure sales talk. He listened and the follow-ups were the same quality. Once the price was agreed there were no last minute changes and the fitters James and Dion were real grafters. They worked right through for two and a half very cold days to replace every door and window. They cleaned up after too and left no trace except for the excellent replacements.
Two days later a friend came round to see us. He has worked fitting glass in some of the biggest buildings in the world and he said that this was first class workmanship with high quality products.

Great Quality Door and Excellent Customer Service

Very short lead time on the front door I bought from Emerald Windows & Doors. Although there were some complications on the design, but Shauna has been very patience and guide me through the whole process so that we could get the complications resolved.
Excellent customer service. Thumbs up to Shauna who has been extremely helpful, patience and polite all the time.
Would recommend Emerald Windows & Doors to our friends!

Don't bother looking anywhere else!!

From the moment we spoke to the ladies in the office to the final day of installation everything has been fabulous. The fitters were so hard working and left the house as they found it. We are so delighted we have now ordered the window shutters!!!

yesterday we had both rear french doors and front door fitted.
i just wanted to say the 2 fitters Dion and Warren were fantastic and really made it the best experience, With Dions standard of work and Warrens warming personality these guys are truly the best.
i ask you look after these guys as they are true assets to your organisation and stand out from anything i have received so far.
we are so please with how everything has gone from start to finish then Dion and Warren completed what was by far an exceptional service.

Great service, brilliant staff

I rang up and asked for a quote for a new front door. Appointment made did dread it thinking like we all do they will be here for hours. Dan was absolutely brilliant explained everything no push to buy. Ordered door emailed price went ahead was actually fitted earlier than expected. Outstanding service from start to finish. Would definitely recommend Emerald
