We provide loving and professional Pet Care! We offer one to one dog walks and cat sitting, also happy to look after rabbits and guinea pigs!

We are Emily and Louise, twin sisters with a passion and love for animals!

We both studied for 3 years at Hadlow College in Mottingham and gained qualifications in Animal Care and Animal Management.

After we left college in 2014, we both began working for a pet care company in Central London and the surrounding areas. We walked Shih Tzu's to a Canadian Eskimo Hound and Huskies, visiting pedigree cats and moggy's in riverside apartments to town houses.

We were trained and are experienced in providing high quality pet care, which we have continued with our own service; Em and Lou's Pet Care, which we established in 2017.

Em and Lou often come to look after and play with our two cats when we are away, and we couldn't be happier to know they are being so well looked after. They are both so caring, kind and professional, and we think our cats must be secretly dissapointed when we return home. With each visit, we can see just how relaxed they are through daily photo updates, and have the reliability and peace of mind we need when away. Thank you both so much!

More than just pet sitters

I have been using the cat sitting services, since I adopted a very shy trio of cats three years ago. Em and Lou take time to understand pet personalities and were very calm and gentle with mine who would hide and were very scared of any noise or movement at first. Over this time they have helped them so much in building their confidence around people with each and every visit.

They truly go above and beyond, providing advice to me as needed too.

They are easy to reach on whatsapp and send photo and video updates when I am away.

Its great to have the peace of mind that my cats are well taken care of when I am away.

Great service

Em and Lou provide a fantastic service. We have used them several times to look after our cat. It is great to go away and feel confident that he is well looked after. We really appreciate the photos and videos sent of him as well. Would totally recommend them!

Reliable pet sitters

Em and Lou have looked after our tortoise when on holiday, feeding her and putting her outside when the weather has been good, they are very reliable and when the weather wasn’t very nice in the mornings they even offered to return in the afternoon to make sure our tortoise got outdoor time when the weather picked up. We have booked them again for our next holiday!
