Care staff are treated terribly by management, constantly packed full with calls to the point service users only get a few minutes of 'care'. The worst carer there gets taken back then given carer of the month after not changing at all, they don't care about their service users only how many calls they can get and pack onto your route and the money from them. Honestly avoid this place I'm glad to have left

Better care companies out there

Care staff are always tired, and look tired. Always in a rush. Never get the amount of time we pay for.
Management have no empathy or understanding of people's needs. Management never available to adress issues, concerns or complaints

Trully superb, professional and polite service

Absolutely superb service and staff. Nothing at all was a problem. The aftercare service that was provided after the sad passing of my mother was overwhelming to say the least. Myself and my father had no idea what to do or who to contact on various things but Emma helped us in every way she could and we will always be grateful.... I would highly recommend this polite, professional business in any future reference... The five stars I have awarded simply isn't enough...Five hundred would be more accurate
