Ellesmere Sports Clubs offers cricket, tennis, bowls & croquet. We cater for small and large functions with a 120 capacity function room set in amazing woodland scenery
Ellesmere Sports Club based in the heart of Worsley offers a variety of sports and family activities that the entire family will enjoy. We have everything you could want for an exciting and entertaining experience.
We are passionate about being active and staying healthy, and we want our members to be too. Whether you enjoy Tennis, Cricket, Croquet, Bowls or J13 Fitness our central aim is to offer something for the entire community to enjoy.
The main club house is members privileged, meaning that anyone is welcome into the bar but social members and playing members receive discounted pricing. We also feature our Sutherland Suite function room with 130 capacity, we cater for all types of celebration. We can offer in-house catering or we allow you to provide your own catering for a small surcharge.

I had my 21st here last week and I can’t recommend the place enough ! It was such a brilliant night ! The owner was very helpful and contactable all the way through when arranging the decorations and layout of the room. The staff on the night were lovely and polite and very quick with making drinks too . All my friends and family said how lovely the place and the people working were. Would highly recommend to everyone and I will definitely be using this space again !
