Don't Bother!!!

I was a new customer to Ella's Beauty box and so I was looking forward to my appointment as the previous lashes I had were more or less gone. I am a mum of a 11 month old baby girl and as all mums know it is hard to get anytime to yourself or someone to baby sit. I called Ella's Beauty box to see if she could fit me in and she said yes & she would text me the address that day. I didn't receive a text until 11.30pm that night. This should have been the first signal she wasn't bothered by my custom. The following day I went to the appointment but when I got there no one was at the address she had given. I knocked several times and called her I even text her to see what was going on but nothing!
SO to anybody thinking of using Ella's Beauty Box DON'T BOTHER!! She obviously doesn't want any custom so go to a proper beauty salon where you know you wont be conned!!!

I was looking at affordable treatments after not long having a baby and she really showed an interest and made me feel amazing. The results were fantastic and she fit the treatments around me. Will use again.
