I offer a caring, confidential and professional hypnotherapy service to support clients with stress, anxiety, phobias, weight loss and more online & face to face in the High Peak.
I offer a caring, confidential and professional hypnotherapy service online and face to face in the High Peak.
I work with individuals to support them to cope better with stress, anxiety, phobias, confidence issues, sleep difficulties, weight loss, public speaking and more. As a trained teacher I also work with children over the age of eight. I have a full DBS check.
In a free initial consultation we discuss your circumstances and I suggest the most appropriate hypnotherapy programme to best support you. All clients are given a free relaxation track to keep.
I am fully qualified and registered with the National Council of Hypnotherapy and the Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy.
