Not good company
1Using this company had issue with window after being told guarantee I would hear no road noise quess what still road noise. I have tried ringing and going into showroom all you get is we will sorted it STILL WAITING. I will be replacing the rest of my windows this year QUESS WHO WONT BE FITTING THEM. Not a happy customer😡
Good Morning, I’m sorry you have felt the need to send the review, firstly the reason you heard road noise before was the company you had used fitted a sealed unit that was a 24mm sealed unit in a 28mm aperture, when we installed our window the foam was foamed in to the brickwork, then sealed and then rendered over. The glazing is A rated and insulated with argon gas, the frame is a Kommerling window frame widely installed all over the world. Your property is on a main road and i am certain we have made the sound proofing better considering the previous window glazing wasn’t fitted correctly. The noise you are now hearing may be from the trickle vents that are situated in the top of the openings, unfortunately we are now required to install these in all installations.
