I believe at Elite Salon we are a step ahead of the rest we take a consultation very seriously,we look at face shape, hair type,skin tone and life style when deciding what we believe is the best cut or colour for our client. I can honestly say this is probably the best salon I have ever been to! Stephanie is an outstanding stylist and although I change my style and colour every time I go, she is always open to this with enthusiasm. Everyone in the salon is friendly. I’m very surprised to read a negative review and can only presume that person is never happy with their hair, wherever they go! I can’t wait to get back to having my hair done regularly! Thanks Jane and the team for always making me feel welcome 😊

Outstanding Service!!!!
Really pleased with my hair l could not be happier.
The whole team made me feel wellcome. I will definitely be back thank you Natalie for taking years off me.

First Visit

The Moment I walked in I knew I had picked the right salon such a warm welcome all the team are so friendly.
I had my hair coloured by Jed who was so good at explaining to me what he thought would be a good colour for my skin tone and the result was great!!!.
My hair was cut and styled by Natalie who did an amazing job so all round was a great experience and I have booked by next appointment thank you so much��

Awful experience never again

I am not happy with my hair. I went there to get my roots touched up and I said that I did not want it too light or too dark however it came out almost white. I then went back there to get it re-done to get it slightly darker and then the colour she showed me is not it the outcome was not what I asked for. I wanted it the colour I came in with just with my roots done. I came out completely dark and it was not what I has asked for. I paid almost £100 to achieve a pleasurable experience but that is not what I got. That is the first and the last time I will ever go here. Terrible experience.

I have been to this Salon on numerous occasions and every time the service has been superb. Jane the owner always encourages feedback good or bad. The comment from the person saying it was an awful experience maybe should of tried talking to Jane before posting on here.
