I got Wayne from Elite in after watching them transform a property near to my house. Wayne is a very pleasant chap and a pleasure to deal with. His whole team worked on our bungalow to give us a lovely porch and extension. We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Elite Property Services.

I recently had Wayne and his team come to my rescue, I had previously had a local Damp Proofing company complete some work on my property, unfortunately the work they did was very poor and didn’t solve my damp issues.
Elite Property Services were recommended to me by my neighbour who had them complete a kitchen re-furbishment.
From start to finish the service was excellent, I got a full set of documentation that covered everything that was being done.
The team were extremely clean & tidy and very polite.

Elite Property Services (NW) LTD provided me with an excellent service with the refurbishment of my home which including a complete refurbishment of the adjoining double garage, internal and external joinery works, landscaping and new patio works, new flooring and also organising all the decorating and electrical works.

All the building works were undertaken and project managed by Wayne the Director and his team of fully qualified and highly skilled workmen. Wayne was my point of contact right from inception to the completion stages of my project and I was particularly grateful to Wayne for the ease of contacting him if I had any questions or needed to discuss anything. Wayne was on the tools throughout the building works and did a superb job of ensuring that everything went as smoothly as possible. Nothing was too much trouble for Wayne and his team, they went above and beyond to ensure that all the works where completed to the highest of standards.

Elite Property Services recently renovated some of our rental properties. They were very tidy, reliable and honest. Most importantly: after they finished and left and we’d paid in full, we found some minor issues. They came back to fix them within a few days without any problems. That’s how you know if the company is good or not! A lot of builders move on to other projects then just ignore you or drag it out for a long time before returning to fix things.
