Had a problem with my Samsung phone. Although attachments with email would download I couldn't open them. A very friendly Ian spent about an hour looking at the problem and eventually downloaded the correct apps in order that the attachments could be read. No panic and no charge I am very grateful. Thanks

Called in to get a charging port changed after apple had said the phone needed changing at a cost of £500 plus. They cleaned out the port while I waited and saved me a lot of money. And will say no charge. Thanks a lot!!

Amazing service!!!

These guys are the best!! Took my son's iphone 8 in to them after it was shut in a car door...smashed and bent and what I thought was beyond repair. However....2 hours later I collected it and it was as good as new. Excellent prices and the service is outstanding. Really helpful and efficient staff. Wouldn't go anywhere else now!!

My daughter blocked herself out of her phone and of course this was the end of the world to her.... Elite saved the day and fixed this issue for us and replaced the cracked screen protector for us whilst they had it.... had the phone back within a few hours as good as new.
Very friendly staff and a professional and efficient service.. Highly recommended.
