We choose Elite Lift Solutions over other local companies for my mothers stairlift, when the sales person came out were particularly impressed with the non pushy approach.
They were very professional from the start and gave a very friendly service and the same person dealt with us all the way through the project so we had good consistency.
The stairlift is very easy to use and both now my mother and father now use it, one thing we did like after the installation was being sent a customer feedback on how they could improve the service. We gave 10/10 as the service and product is first class. We would definitely recommend Elite Lift Solutions to anybody needing a stairlift.
