After the nightmare of our (very old) boiler breaking down a couple of weeks ago, we accepted a quote from Elite Heating to complete the boiler replacement and some additional bits of work to our house. They were excellent! Very flexible with doing what we wanted doing, despite the fact it was a bit of a pain, and even juggled around some other customers so that we wouldn't continue to be without heating and hot water for longer than we needed to be. The guys were in for 2 days and everything was completed. New boiler, lots of new pipework, zoning & removal of the old water tank plus everything got rid of by the time I got home from work on day 2. They were recommended to me, and I will be recommending them to anyone who asks!

In need of a new boiler, Elite Heating Services were recommend to us, thankfully. Andy visited and his advice and recommendation was very much valued. George arrived at an agreed time to replace and resituate our new Worcester Bosch 8000 and we are left delighted and reassured to have an outstanding boiler that has been expertly installed. The work was carried out in a professional manner and the pleasant team were happy to engage, inform and answer question. We can’t speak highly enough of Elite - an all round good experience from start to finish.

We had a conventional boiler and had it replaced with a combi boiler at a different location.

Andy visited to do the initial quotation.
He took the time to explain anything I questioned him about.
Andy gave me assurance that the system most likely would only need a chemical flush.
A power flush would have cost me more, so I appreciated the honesty as it saved me some money.

Fran was patient while she helped me split the deposit across a credit and debit card in multiple transactions.

Bill and George did the install.
They took the time to explain anything I questioned them about as well as sorting any on site issues that cropped up.
They did really good work, and even tidied up after themselves.

I highly recommend them and would happily use them again.

Andy and his team fitted our boiler 15 years ago and when it finally gave up I contacted Elite spoke to Andy who remembered me from all that time ago, as we had no heating Andy was straight on the case and and within a few days were fitting a new boiler, and as 15 years ago they were helpful, professional,
and friendly, Andy went on to another job and left George to carry on which he did, George was friendly and a pleasure to have in our house and he found a problem that we did not know we had but he sorted the problem with no fuss, and at the end cleaned everything away.

We would certainly recommend Elite to anyone.

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Elite. A job well done, for fair price, very promptly, and with no fuss. Exactly as promised, no mess left behind whatsoever and my new boiler was installed and the one taken away in no time. Andy and Bill were both very nice and friendly, and fantastically helpful.
