Honestly.. WORST HAIRDRESSERS EVER!
I went to get an undercut with a short trim instead they cut the majority of the top off. Beware of the place as it is really poor and charges a lot and are also only interested in higher customers

Very expensive, my daughter is 12, I was charged £30 for a cut and blow dry. I couldn’t believe it. Haircut was uncomplicated straight across trim. Took 20 minutes. I advise you to ask for a price before you place your trust.

Only interested in certain customers!

I've used Eli's regularly for the last couple of years. The service has never been brilliant, but it's cheaper than some other places and you often get what you pay for.
This morning I made an appointment for 10am, turned up at 9:55am to find several other people also waiting. At 10:05 two customers walked in, announced they didn't have appointments and were seen immediately (while everyone else was still waiting). Two of the beauticians walked in after this (I don't know if they were supposed to be in before 10am). At 10:10 I was called up and then told that they weren't ready and they were going to do someone else first.
I had somewhere to get to after my appointment so said that I had to go. As I was leaving one of the stylists announced that it didn't matter.
Eli's has two levels of customer service. If you're at the top level then it is a very useful salon. If not, then they have no interest in you. Which is why I will find somewhere else to use from now on.

Always so helpful and friendly. My mother is disabled and they make sure that she is comfortable and take very good care of her. Never a problem getting an appointment.

I am a usual client at the Sudbury branch and visit around twice a month. Eli's gives you a warm welcome that no other salon would. Despite occasionally having to wait a little due to their business, I still get the great service I want and need quickly and neatly. I recommend Eli's 100%!
