THUS LETS STATE SEVEN GOOD REASONS TO CHOOSE OUR SCHOOL:

1) In our school, you can decide to learn by using a wood burning oven or an electrical one, or even both. Flexible hours to suits your needs, Monday to Sunday, mornings classes, afternoon classes.

2) Once finished your lessons with us, while our search will starts on the Internet, you can decide to stay at our pizza shop and train further, working side by side with Elia Tavernese, your teacher, till you find the job which suits you.

3) We are the only pizza school who, once you finish the course, strives hard to find you a job or gives you good hints if you want to open your shop.

4).All those schools or academies out there teach only one kind of dough (excepted some of them who, missing of any fantasy, even dare to textually copy our program) while we teach several of it, which makes you better understand the principle of fermentation. And this, for the same amount of fees. This way, you are more likely to find a job.

5)You can check, we are competitive in prices, and all our students know with us there are no hidden costs, nor restrictions of teaching, as we often teach more than what we declare in our website.

6).And finally, even long after finishing their course at our school, like his children, Elia Tavernese, the director of the Elia's Pizza School, welcomes all his students, asking for hints and advice, even after years.

This takes part of our Pasta Chef teaching: fettuccine pasta tossed in a chicken, mushrooms and parma ham creamy sauce
An evergreen recipe consisting in spaghetti tossed in a tomato, anchovies, capers and black olives sauce.
Linguine pasta tossed in a bolognese and mushrooms sauce
No eggs spinach fettuccine, with cherry tomatoes, tender stem broccoli and pine nuts. All this pasta and dishes included, are a small portion of our large and valuable program.
Baked penne pasta, with tomato sauce, mozzarella and parmesan cheese
A delicious hardly findable in London Italian restaurants, you will be astonished by the delicate taste of this lemon, poppy seeds and cream spaghetti.
A special soup with spelt, spinach and a drizzling of extra-virgin olive oil.
A great fish soup made by Ankita, our valuable Indian student who could manage to master the Italian cuisine in our full Italian Cuisine Course.
A classical yes unusual soup with spinach tortellini pasta in a thick beef stock
A bacon, bresaola and pistachio risotto, for an in love couple.
Broccoli, mozzarella and cream risotto
A spinach and gorgonzola risotto with white wine and vegetable stock
Sauteed Shrimps with tomato and pesto sauce
Tiger Shrimps in a saffron sauce with spinach and sauteed potatoes.
Braised lamb shank with mint sauce, mash and broccoli.
Chicken Breast roll, with parma ham and cheese.
Stuffed mushrooms with grilled bacon and salad.
Sauteed chicken breast with spicy mixed peppers and broccoli loaf
Deep fried vegetarian meatballs stuffed with mozzarella and pine nuts

We met Elia in 2015 when we where looking for a consultant on pizza making.
After 2 weeks of an intensive and tailor-made course we had all the needed skills to open our first restaurant.
Elia assisted us during the whole process, advising on everything from equipment and tools to hiring the right people and how to avoid the classic mistakes.

We are now opening our fifth shop (The Pizza Room). All in all, Elia's pizza school is the best investment we've ever done. Worth every penny.

i just want to thank you Mr. Elia and his pizza school for how much i learned in these 3 weeks course.I have been a chef for more then 25 years and decided to learn how to make a proper Italian pizza.
I had an amazing learning time,i learned how to make several type of doughs,different techniques,speed on opening the pizza dough by hands,fast execution,full control of the oven and the pizza cooking tricks,i gained a great confident and now i am ready to work as a pizza chef and make great pizzas.
Elia was a great teacher,he did teach me all the real tricks,gave me good advises and mainly injected in me an amazing passion for the pizza,that was the main ingredient.
I strongly recommend Elia"s pizza school to everyone who really want to learn the real pizza and become pizza chef.
Elia"s pizza school is the real deal!!!

It is a great School to learn how to make Pizza. Mr Elias is an outstanding teacher with over 30 years of experience and taught me from basic to advance. I studied in his school for three weeks and got the skill needed to be a Pizza maker. I loved everything about this experience. If you want to make great pizza, this is a must! Elia is a wonderful teacher and has a fountain of knowledge about making pizza and many helpful hints. Duration was 3 weeks, but the time flies. You learn so much, meet some great people and get to eat some amazing pizza. I recommend this to anyone who wants to start their own pizzeria. You will not go wrong if you choose for elia's pizzaschool.
