Elemental Kickboxing Leeds

Our new 3500sq/ft studio was developed in February 2014.

It boosts a 2000sq/ft sprung training floor for group class with punch bags, a boxing ring, viewing area for spectators and a 6 meter climbing wall!!

The head instructor is David Kenyon, a fourth dan black belt from Leeds and Leeds University Graduate in Sports, Health, Exercise and Nutrition (BSc).

“Our aim at the Elemental Kickboxing Leeds is to create a vibrant club atmosphere, where members can come and release the stress that every day life can bring. We provide a positive training environment where members are pushed. Our aim is to help members learn a valuable skill whilst stimulating the release of endorphins and providing all over body conditioning”

Our sessions consist in teaching self defence for men, women and children.
