I have my nails done here everytime and the quality is always the best, cheaper and better than VIP salon. The staffs are very friendly and funny, they always make me laugh, and their works are always amazing. Definitely recommend it anyone who want their nails done beautifully with an affordable price!

I have psoriasis on my hands and body and like having my nails done as it makes me feel good but need them to be a certain shape so if I scatch I dont break the skin. I asked for ballet style with curved edges. The man did a straight tip and never amended it when I asked on 3 occasions. I told him not to do the shellac as I wasnt happy. He shouted angrily in another language and the lady owner came out and started filing my nails into sharp stumps I said I didnt mind paying small amount for the time but I wasnt wanting to pay whole £18. The owner then started shouting at me that I had a service and I should pay because she has been here longer than any other shop and she has bills to pay I was talking quietly as im not someone who complains and was embarrassed. She told me I am allowed to leave her shop if I pay £15. I was made to feel like I was scamming them. I paid £15 and quickly left, as I was walking out the door she shouted bye see you soon.

Worst experience ever! Over charged, bubbles in gel nails, never cleaned under my nails, never did anything with my nail cuticles, took almost 3 hours to do gel nails and pedicure, pealed off the next day. When I asked to please clean under my nails and also do my cuticles, I was told "It looks clean". Pedicure was no better, with 3 cuts around my nails, bubbles in polish and no polish at base of my nails. I get my nails done every 2-3 weeks in the states, Elegance was anything but. I wish I had asked to see their license.

Now in wood st they Moved from sheep street this week (sept 27 2013) Same ppl and salon...
Over charges for treatment I said I DID NOT WANT at start an they did anyway - tried to argue but they made me pay - sneaky way

SHAME - wont go back and don't recommend
