Fridge Freezer

Fridge door was not closing properly. I called on Wednesday at 4pm and repair was booked for 7.30am the following morning.

Engineer arrived on time, resolved the issue within the call out and my fridge freezer was back in working order.

I was impressed at the speed of service. Staff were friendly and courteous from start to finish.

I would definitely recommend.

Very poor communication.

I was informed by Hisense that this company would be carrying out a repair for them for a hob that was DOA. I was given a link to an online document used to follow progress, and I was given a date for the engineer visit, being told that I would be contacted the evening before to confirm a 2 hour window for this.

This did not happen, I twice contacted the company by telephone to ask what was happening and both times was promised a call back, they did not keep this promise.

I then spoke with my retailer who chased up Hisense, (which I could see from the online document), trying to get information from the company. They did not respond.

Several days later the retailer agreed to take back the item, 2 hours after a replacement was installed I received a call from the company to inform me that they would be sending an engineer.

Please do not use this company BEWARE they are absolutely disgusting and they should be ashamed the way they treat and lie to people!
We purchased a Sharp tumble dryer for my elderly mother on the 19th of December 2022 we didn’t receive the item until the 18th of January 2023. We then discover it’s so badly damaged that it can’t even sit it on the ground evenly, after a month it then had a major failure and the engineer said it wasn’t repairable and electrical logistics were issued a credit code to replace the unit on the 7th of April saying they’d have a replacement sent out in a few days!!! Another lie after 3 weeks we were told they have no more stock (another lie) and we would be refunded!
As of today 24th May we still have no refund after repeated phone calls and emails (which they never reply to) 🤦🏻‍♂️
I have resorted to contacting trading standards about the whole process and hope they can resolve…..

I was put through to this company by my insurance. Although I had a day booked, they rang to say they couldn't come (over booked) and asked about the issue with my fridge/freezer. The part was ordered and I was told they would call when it arrived. Over 3 weeks later nothing so I rang them to find out the part was in and a day (afternoon) was booked. On the actual day they turned up in the morning unexpectedly so despite being on my premises because no one answered the door, they left! In the end I had to contact my insurers again who then resolved it with another alternative which was NOT using this company. Very poor communication and zero customer satisfaction - enraged to say the least. Therefore, avoid using at all costs. Go elsewhere!
