This roof has been stripped back right to the rafters to begin modernising the roof from its poor previous integrity. breathable felt membrane, treated wood batten and new tile added from that point to completely refresh the roof.
UPVC guttering installed with correct fall for sufficient water flow, completing a roof for a customer.
A showcase into the difference of roof hygiene and cleaning can make to your roof. Not only does the roof look visually more appealing but it also allows for better water flow, and reduced internal dampness of the loft space.
The midway point of a large tile roof with renewed batten and breathable felt installation. Tiles stacked ready for laying across the span of the roof.
The final stage of a roof after undergoing a full refresh by Elder's Roofcraft. Not only new batten, felt, slates but also a modern fibreglass valley, Velux window, dry-ridge system and sealing of the parapet wall.
Tiling of small tiles used to run up along the verge, finished with cement alongside to seal and complete the outer edge of the roofline.
Flat roof with insufficient fall stripped back, correct fall added and re-boarded to be finished of with the 3 layered bitumen felt system to comply by modern standards.
The team stripped this house back to the rafters, adding loft insulation, new breathable felt membrane, treated wood batten and finished with natural slate front and back giving an old roof new life.
Using the various sized ladders and specialist equipment, it enabled the team to get to every inch of this tricky roofline. This meant that the roof was left moss free, treated with anti moss & lichen treatment and clear contaminant free guttering.
Outhouse of a repeat customer required removal of old corrogated sheets, re-structuring witrh additional timbers, boarding and finishing over using EPDM rubber single ply system. Black trims also used to seal and surround the perimeter of the flat roof.
Breathable felt and battening work on a new build house showcasing ends meeting and making the property weathertight until further roof works continue.

The job was completed without any hiccups and too a great standard. I got my roof retiled with a leak fixed, not only was the leak fixed but it looks smart too. BRILLIANT, RECOMMENDED, WILL USE AGAIN

Max was brilliant! He replaced all our flat roofing and then very kindly helped my husband install solar panels to our pitched roof. He had everything he needed so no disappearing like some! Very polite. Tidied up! Definitely recommend and will use again.

I had my flat roof replaced by Elder’s Roofcraft as the old felt was old and causing problems.
Max was very polite and got the job done quickly and to my expectations. Very happy with the quality of the work and highly recommend this company.

I had Max in to resolve a leak caused by split lead flashing. The lead work was exceptionally completed and in a very reasonable time frame also, very happy customer. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing roof works. Thanks Max!
