More than 20 years ago Elsa Aucutt began offering a quality service to local residents taking them on short local and longer journeys up until her recent passing in March earlier last year. 10 months on, Clive, who had a career as a Telecoms Consultant spanning 25 years, and Loretta are now running the business continuing to offer locals a re-vamped service 7 days a week. We are based in Cranbrook and support many well-heeled establishments across Kent and East Sussex. Their small fleet comprises of two well maintained and clean Black Toyota Avensis Estates with another vehicle joining their fleet in the near future.

Poor booking process
1Dear James, my sincere apologies this is the first negative review in 8 years and 1000s of happy customers as you will see from the plethora of 5 star ratings. Clearly the entry was missing for whatever reason for that I apologise, its still a mystery. Mobile signal was very poor so we couldn't communicate on voice channels, however I did text and didn't get a response about the evening pickup. We pride ourselves on great customer service always. As a gesture of good will I am offering a complementary trip of the same value. I feel your pain and hope you will accept an apology of this isolated event.
