Left as a customer after some years

I have been going to the salon on and off for some years, but I’ve now asked them to take me off their mailing list after being badly messed around twice in relation to appointments. I’ve raised this with the manager.

Superb salon!

By far my best experience getting a haircut in Cambridge. My stylist (Megan) was very kind and helpful-- listening to what kind of style I wanted and explaining each step of the process needed to get there. My hair looks and feels so much healthier than it did when I arrived. The salon itself is also very relaxing-- the staff are all very attentive and dedicated to providing a superb experience. And if you are nervous about safety procedures in the pandemic, this is a great place to try--I felt very safe as everyone there was wearing a surgical mask and it was not crowded at all.

Supposed 40 min massage is actually 35 mins, including undressing / dressing time

I booked and paid for a 40 min massage (they also do a 70 and 90 min massage). However, from initial chat with masseur to me leaving the building was 35 mins, i.e. including undressing and dressing time was still 5 mins short. The masseur was running 10 mins late, so my massage took the hit. Already on the expensive end of massages, so won't be going back.
