Eight Mediterranean is a new restaurant and coffee shop concept based in the UK. The company was established in 2015 by founder, Huseyin Sevket.

Our ultimate aim will be to establish Eight as the first choice for food fast, providing our target customers with a good, healthy product at a reasonable price. We will aim to increase our market share as quickly as possible, appealing to all socioeconomic groups through an effective marketing strategy, an accelerated branch opening programme and early consideration for franchising and international expansion.
