Ruth and Sally have been exceptional to deal with. They are very efficient and responsive which helped to make this a very stress free experience. As a first time buyer I couldn’t ask for more.

When we first met Ruth our property had been on the market for almost a year. We were frustrated with passive estate agents who seemed happy to put photo's on the internet and then feel as though their job was done. Ruth's approach was a complete breath of fresh air. She is honest, straight talking and her knowledge of the housing market and how to sell a property is second to none. Ruth had done her research and it showed.
We also really respected the way Ruth communicated with us in order to keep our buyers as informed as possible. We just wish we had been buying a property from her too as our experience at the other end of the chain was hideous in comparison.
When we thought it couldn't get any better we were introduced to Sal, the Robin to Ruth's Batman status. Sal is positive, knowledgeable and determined to make the process as seamless as she could.
In comparison to other estate agents we have used, and there have been many, Ruth and her team are in a league of their own.

I cannot praise Ruth and Sal enough, they have handled this complicated sale in such a professional way, efficiently, with great communication and a very human touch. Totally recommend...never a moments worry. What more could one ask for in the experience of selling.
