From first stepping into the showroom to delivery of our bathroom Edwards provided a first class service and quality products at a fair price . Kevin dealt with us throughout and could not have been more helpful.
1st visit was 6 months before we needed bathroom but he spent all the time we needed to show us and explain everything we wanted to know . When ready to order we went back and he walked us through everything . Delivery was complete and on time with a friendly helpful driver.
We forgot to order a bath end panel when we decided to knock the bathroom and old WC into one .
I phoned to ask if they had one in stock . It was delivered early next morning and FOC despite me offering to collect it and asking to pay .
A rarity these days to deal with a company giving such good service . Deserve 6 stars out of 5 !
