Avoid at all costs. No customer service so many better company’s in Edinburgh this won’t wouldn’t be missed if it went bust. Order arrived 5 weeks after agreed date.

Zero Customer Service. They hire Sub Contractors to do fitting. Some of them are bunch of Un-Professional Phycopaths who can go into rage and start throwing tools into your house. Team at the company will not take responsibility of fitters. They will leave the customer to deal with fitters. Its your luck what kind of fitter you will get in the end. Selling stuff at high price, check other dealers too. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST...

After getting measured up for new carpets throughout the house, my partner and I visited the store to look at and get prices. We asked one of the sales people for assistance and were met with a gruff response, and that the person who had measured up was "on the sick". Apparently, no one else could help and after I persevered the chap reluctantly got the plans off the person's desk only to say they hadn't been completed. He basically refused to help citing he was too busy (he did not look at all busy sitting alone at his desk)! Have used ECW many times over the years but they are not the company I have known in the past. Walked out disgusted at the lack of care and service. Although in hindsight it was probably a good thing as found a highly rated local supplier. Disappointing all the same.

This has to be the worst place I have ever had the misfortune of being in. The customer service was terrible and you get the impression that they are more interested in the sale than anything else. The prices they asked for were expensive. Luckily I looked elsewhere and found the same wood flooring for half the price Edinburgh carpet and flooring warehouse where asking and the customer service was by far better quality than I had received from Edinburgh carpet and flooring warehouse. My opinion look elsewhere do not recommend this outlet at all 1 star and that is generous. Will not be back here anytime soon.

We waited a couple of months to get the flooring fitted in our bedroom. When the joiner came he said he couldn't do it because the moulding below the skirting should have been removed which we hadn't been told. We were then told they couldn't do it until November. Very poor service from start to finish.
