Great showers and even greater customer service
5I had a disastrous experience with a competitor model (Insignia) and was really worried about buying another steam shower. I nearly dismissed buying one altogether but phoned Kelly to have a chat first. He was so knowledgeable about the whole industry – he clearly knows his field well – and he was able to confirm that Eden manufactured more sturdy and higher quality models. We went to visit the showroom too.
The shower is really robust and made of good quality and thick materials. It was super easy to install – a lot of the work had already been done with some of the fittings so it didn't take very long to build. Everything is robustly made and sturdy and we had great aftercare too.
