Fantastic air conditioning installation work

Brilliant service from ECS, patiently explained and sent over multiple quotes going over various options. Opted for a ducted system for the 4 bedrooms upstairs with the main indoor systems hidden away in the small loft that we have, therefore only small grills in each bed room visible ! Very neat and reputable work would highly recommend to anyone. Also had a slight issue with one of the grills after installation and they came back the next day and rectified it - just a silicone issue. Very easy to deal with FANTASTIC SERVICE, thank you all so much :)

Horrible aftercare service experience

Disreputable company.

Gina was the main person at ECS we have exchanged emails with.

We have tried to speak to Gina or anyone with any decision-making responsibilities for months without any luck. The secretaries/receptionists who take the calls just tell us that someone will get back to us as soon as possible. Predicably and consistently – no-one does. The company is very responsive until they have received the cash, and then it is virtually impossible to speak to anyone.

One more point – be careful about the positive reviews. They offer considerable discounts for their services if you agree to provide feedback!

Fantastic installation at my home and a very responsive team in the office. Initial quotation was very detailed and easy to understand rather than other companies who just gave a generic figure. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a professional and reliable air conditioning contractor in London. Thanks again guys
