I have no obligation to this company but feel compelled to write a review based on the superb service I recieved. I took a macbook pro to them that seemed to have crashed. It was booting up but the screen stayed blank. They had the machine up and running in less than 24 hours for £20.00. Great service and I would recomend.

After months of connection problems which caused backlogs of work and increased frustration/stress levels for staff Paul came in and within an hour had identified the issue and resolved it, cant thank him enough

WHAT A BRILLIANT COMPANY.....ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT SERVICE.

I cannot praise the service I received enough - I have never had to get my laptop repaired before, and was wary about data being lost / not having access to a computer for days etc. but my laptop was picked up at my home, restored to full working order the next day and every little problem I had with it was sorted. The service was efficient in every way, and all my data 'backed up' before any repairs were done to make sure that I didn't lose anything, and they were so honest with me.....didn't do the 'hard sell' and tried to save me money!!
I would return to this company again with any computer problem, in the knowledge that I'll be treated fairly every time, and couldn't wish for a more trustworthy company.

I used Eclipse ICT when I had a problem upgrading the Windows operating system on my Toshiba laptop.
They deserve a 5 star rating for the excellent work and service at a realistic price. I would certainly recommend Eclipse ICT for any personal or business pc maintenance.
