I tried to book a quote with this company, I asked on the first phone if She would send me an email to confirm appointment, No email i had to contact her again. THREE times Hilary changed the appointments, today she said; her transport had broke down, contacted us 1 hour after appointment time, and could she rearrange again for next Tuesday, I told her to forget it. Absolute waste of my time.... I don't know where these 5 star reviews come from, probably from them selves.

Very sorry circumstances made it impossible for me to get to you today. I can completely understand the inconvenience caused to yourselves. Excellent removals

We moved with Eckersley's first of all in August 2022 and all we can say is that the service was absolutely outstanding. Unfortunately we had to move again in February 2023. Got in touch with Hilary - no problems - we had 4 lads doing the removal. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Thank you to you all for all the help and making two removals not a nightmare.

Great company

Moved us out of a 3 storey house with two sets of steep stairs, so a lot of hard work. The guys worked so hard and were friendly and professional all the time.
We would definitely recommend them.
