We had been struggling with another gate company who manufactured and installed two gates for access to our courtyard. We placed our order last September and it has taken them nearly a year so far and the gates were very noisy and did not close accurately.
We were very fortunate to meet Paul from Eastside Gate Automations under three weeks ago. He came to look at our problem gates and came back very quickly with a plan.
He and his colleague obtained some new actuators and arrived at 7.30 am on 15th august. They then proceeded to rehang the gates and install the new actuators which look very modern and smart. They also work silently in contrast with the previous ones. They close smoothly without any gap at the junction unlike the previous ones.
They finished everything by about 2.30 in the afternoon and explained the use of the new system to us.
We are very pleased with the work carried out by Paul and Eastside Gate Automations and would thoroughly recommend them.

Been a good experience each of the times we have used them. Knowledgeable and prompt service, quick turnaround, carries a good amount of parts with them, reasonable wait time on occasions special parts needed (e.g. new motor) and competitively priced. We have had a couple of electric gate / door / intercom companies do various work. Eastside is by far our best experience in the Lincolnshire area. They have fixed the issues other companies have left us with, e.g. 1 visit from Eastside replaced an underpowered transformer with a stronger one, which fixed erratic and worsening gate GSM communications problems that had existed for years across multiple visits from competitors. No hesitation in recommending this company.
