We contacted Eastfield regarding a timber porch. At their request, we sent them measurements. Some time later, Mike came out to measure up himself, turning up and hour late with no apology. We gave him a photo of the kind of thing we wanted. Since then we've heard nothing, despite us sending emails and phoning the office. Time line has now been over a month Could be that they're busy, or don't want the job, but why not at least TELL US? Very unprofessional.

Very pleased with the job completed by Mike and his team at Eastfield Joinery. The job was managed effectively as I had a tight deadline to complete. The quality of the work was excellent, would recommend this company to others.

We needed 3 jobs doing: renewal of a leaky rear garden canopy; installing a personnel door into the garage and replacing a garden gate and fence panelling. From Estimates to Completion the process was way beyond our expectations. Michael gave a number of options and prices at the outset, and was assiduous in communicating effectively throughout the process.

The team doing the work were considerate, proactive and highly skilled. Tony ensured that we knew what would be happening, and when, and issues that inevitably arose were sorted without any drama. The site was left tidy at the end of each day and completion took less time than we had anticipated.

We are delighted with the end products, and are particularly chuffed with the garage personnel door that Eastfields created at their workshop.

From initial enquiry to what I required to final fitting everything was done with 1st class customer service. Totally impressed with the craftsmanship that went into building the kitchen unit incorporating a wine rack and worktop.

Having seen mostly good reviews, I called in their office for a quote.

I left all my details, it is a shame, but they never got back to me.
