Highly recommend!

John has been so helpful with replacing our water tank and water pressure system. I cannot tell you how peaceful it is turning on our shower and not being deafened by a very loud pressure pump! Very friendly and knows his stuff! We’ve had to use him for a few emergencies where we also had a leak in our loft. Sorted very quickly! Reassuring to know that we have found a reliable worker! Thank you!

At Eastern Counties Oil Services we are dedicated to excellent service, and are available 24-hours 7 days, call us anytime night or day.

We work for many major insurers and national emergency companies providing out of hours, and emergency response services.

We are boiler installation and servicing specialists, and experts with regards to oil boilers, range cookers, including vaporising appliances. We are also registered installers of pressurised hot water systems and help you be rid of noisy shower pumps.

→ Call outs:

◾ Our call out rate is £75 including the first hour of labour, with an ongoing rate of £60 per hour

◾ We are OFTEC registered and insured, and guarantee our work for parts and labour for 12 months

◾ System Flushing - Problems with cold radiators can often be solved by flushing the system using Adey Magna cleanse

Amazing service!

Amazing service. I thank eastern counties every day when I get in the shower. I recently moved and wanted to fix my hot water which was just a trickle. I had a new hot water cylinder fitted so I can now shower in perfect hot water pressure. John was quick and efficient and a pleasure to deal with. I couldn’t recommend enough.👍🙂

Central Heating/Boiler Issue

After many phone calls to other firms/builders/insurers/heating engineers etc. etc, who proved disinterested and unhelpful to solve our issue, contact was made with John. Turned up the next day as promised, took on board what we had been advised by another company was the problem. He listened, thought, and stepped in action. Within 30 minutes he believed he had identified the problem and fixed it (at time of writing this I’d agree). Something totally different to what we had been advised……
John is superb, and I will definitely be putting any scheduled or future emergency business his way. Certainly recommend him.
