We called this company to quote on repairing our shower - we were told it was irreparable and needed to be replaced (this would require re-tiling the floor and walls as the shower was integrated). “Danny” took the faulty tap handle to try and replace with no luck. We trusted this opinion and ordered a new en-suite. We asked another plumber to quote on fitting our new bathroom. He noticed immediately that the fault was entirely repairable but needed the part that was taken, (as the manufacturer was no longer in production for spares) We went from £8000 to sort this problem to £100! However we reached out to East Plumbing to get our part back, to be told by Will that they would look for it and drop it back, he also mentioned they were closing down the company and going into property?! The day came when we were promised our part back but nobody turned up! Our calls and messages have been ignored ever since.

William of East Plumbing and Heating is a great person and plumber. I had major leakage and he fixed it within 20 minutes. The prices were more than fair and he was extremely kind and helpful. I strongly recommend him.

I had a leaking pipe and Will from East Plumbing can out the same day. He turned up when he said he would and even texted me when he was on his way. Will was polite and efficient. He fixed the leak quickly without any trouble at all. Excellent service.
