Still waiting for epilepsy meds that were issued 6 days ago, assistant assured me yesterday they would be delivered yesterday, I can't even get through on the phone today. Still without medication and will need an emergency prescription in the morning they're taking soo long.

Partner comes home empty handed
I then call oh they found it will be deliverd in two hours
No delivery called back advised it's been deliverd , when I said. I it hasn't I was told oh sorry it's here
Delivery arrives with missing medication no mention of this at any time
Call back , oh we don't sick that I put on order
Me you've had the script a week
What are your suggestions for tonight and tomorrow's meds
No response
Absolute joke of a chemist

Before I start everyone else besides OMAR are brilliant, He thinks he can speak to me as if he’s something he just stepped on?? Extremely Unprofessional, I’ve had to make an official legal complaint regarding this pharmacy because of incorrect medication placed into dossett boxes which ended up with me being rushed to hospital for the x5 Dihydrocodeine dose they wrongly put in my dossett box along with extra propranolol and diazepam, I’m on 2/4 times a day of pain The last encounter I had with Omar not the owner he was waffling incoherent nonsense to me over the phone and became extremely vexed because I wouldn’t take it. He then proceeded to offer me out before he finishes at 4pm. The guy thinks he’s all that and can treat people like that in the health industry, no you can’t speak to people in that manner I’m actually questioning his qualifications as a pharmacist due to his behaviour. The review will keep coming back and back on all websites and recommendations software!

Don't Advertise That You're Open Until 10:30pm When the Shutters are Down at 10pm!

What an absolute joke! Needed to pick some medication up for my daughter (bearing in mind she needs it urgently) and was told this pharmacy was open till 10:30pm. I arrived at 10pm to see the shutters down. Tried to the call the pharmacy with no luck whatsoever. I definitely will not be using this pharmacy again and will be complaining to the area manager. It's a disgrace.

I did used to like this pharmacy but a bad experience has really put me off and sadly I won’t be returning.
