Absolutely top service!

Broke down today, due to a battery failure. The man arrived exactly when the telephone receptionist said he would, within the minute. He was polite and friendly, and extremely helpful. He got the motor going and tested the battery to see if it was holding charge, then followed us back home in case the car stalled or needed restarting. He gave us more advice before he left about getting a new battery, and was courteous the whole time. Overall, very impressed.

I broke down on holiday, was recommended East Coast Recovery, phoned them they arrived quickly, read trouble codes and fixed them. Phil then drove in front of me all the way back to our caravan. This was going above and beyond. Can't thank him enough or praise him highly. A very professional company. Highly recommended.
