Hi my name is Scott I am the owner of East Cleveland Lock & Key. I am qualified locksmith to a NCFE level 3 this meaning that I am able to get you into your home if you are locked out all the way down to simply replacing a window handle for you. I can also open any windows that have failed and readjust UPVC doors if they don't close like they used to.
