My sister-in-law who is an experienced breeder booked an appointment 3 weeks in advance for her puppies on the puppy package, when we arrived we were rudely advised that they were only dealing with emergencies due to the vet being in hospital. They had not contacted her at all. Whilst outside trying to find another vet we asked other people what appointments they had booked and they were routine. On challenging them further the rudeness and denial increased further and we left to go to Etwall vets. All the other vets we spoke to were appalled at this terrible lack of service. Definitely would not recommend - avoid at all costs!

Recently brought my Springer Spaniel in for routine vaccinations and Lucian was wonderful!
He took the time to look over my senior dog and found she had a leg issue. He prescribed medication for her and asked for an update on how she was doing. Vaccination was easy peasy too.
A full explanation of what the potential long term care of my dog would be, was also given.

They have covid measures in place to keep visitors distanced and highly recommend!

My dog came in for a routine blood test to check he was still okay to continue with his long term medication for arthritis. The blood test flagged up an abnormality (he had absolutely no signs something was wrong behaviourally) and the vet advised investigating further. It turns out he had a huge cancerous tumour on his liver, which the vet removed. His recovery went beautifully and we would have lost him if it was not for the blood test results and the vet being able to remove the tumour. Forever grateful to this vets

I recently had a pet emergency and the team at Easipet Care were fantastic. From my initial phone call to the after care every member of staff treated myself and my pet with care and sensitivity. My pet had a thorough check and the vets and nurses treated my pet with kindness and care whilst professionally examining her. Yes some of the staff don’t speak English as a first language (previous review) but this didn’t detract the fact they did a great job. My pet was genuinely looked after, cared for and her medical needs were attended to as an emergency. I would recommend and I can’t thank them enough for the fantastic service they provide.

Incompetent practice, shoddy communication, utterly horrendous experience from start to finish. worst veterinary practice I have ever attended.
